Cancellation & Refund
In order to help its customers as much as possible, Accurate Astrologers has a generous cancellation policy. Acharya Satish Awasthi ensures the hassle-free return of all online orders through a friendly return policy. Our valued customers can take advantage of a “100% Buyer Protection Program” offered by us. It is not our goal to be perfect, we have made sure that our refund/return policies don’t surprise you after your purchase. Therefore, you should double-check and confirm the data you provide us.
The order can’t be canceled once it’s been placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact the store using the details on the contact page. Cancellations will be made at our discretion. If you wish to cancel it, you may contact our customer service center. If you do, we will handle the cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
If you place an order under Same Day Delivery, it cannot be canceled. Within 24 hours of receiving the product, it is important that you contact our customer service if you feel that your product was not as shown on the site or as per your expectations. Your complaint will be investigated by our Customer Service Team and a decision based on the results will be made.
Please do not cancel perishable items such as food, flowers, etc., as Accurate Astrologers don’t accept this kind of cancellation request. However, if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered isn’t satisfactory, a refund/replacement can be made.
Acharya Satish Awasthi’s marketing team is not responsible for cancellations of products acquired on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. As these are limited-time offers, no cancellations will be permitted.
Our team will put its best effort into designing a concept that is appropriate for our clients. Our astrology services have delighted thousands of customers in the past, and our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the products or services we offer, you can return them within 30 days. All refunds will be made after we deduct the Service Tax and the Hourly charges.
Refunds are processed via reversal of the previous transaction if the payment was made online with debit, credit, or net banking. During the original purchase, if any Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes were applied, an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes will be deducted from the exchange amount.
If the product is received in its original form from you, the product’s cost will be refunded. Courier charges will not be refunded. Services that are delivered in full, such as installation service and knowledge-based services, are not eligible for refunds. They are processed within 30 days after receipt of the request.
The company will send jewelry/solitaires to a lab for re-certification once the customer cannot produce the original certificate. All shipping and certification costs are the customer’s responsibility.
